Is this a secure site?
-You can entrust in us your personal information.  We do not distribute any personal information and keep all information for billing and shipping purposes only.  We here at North-South Jewelry Co. do everything in our power to protect our customers.  For any questions please feel free to contact us.  We use Rapid Secure Sockets Layer (RapidSSL) to encrypt all our information and keep it safe from unwanted intruders.

How is retail value determined?
-Retail price is based on the suggested price of competitors.  These prices are the prices that you will find from other retail stores.  Jewelry that are created and sold directly to consumers for a fixed price is known as wholesale.  But when those jewelry are sold, then resold to consumers at an increased price, it is considered the retail price.  Through the wholesale process we are able to leave out that middle man and sell directly to our customers for the lowest price.  So retail is the price you will find at outside retail stores.  We here at North-South Jewelry Co. have our own manufacture, so we are able to sell our products at wholesale price to all of our customers.

How much is shipping?
-At North-South Jewelry, Shipping is free on all products EXCEPT Promotional items and all the  Fire Sales items.    

How long does it take to receive my purchase, once I have placed the order?
-At North-South Jewelry, Shipping will usually range from 3-10 business days depending upon geography.  However, if the item you are ordering is a custom design, the manufacturing time will be added.  At the time the order is placed we will give you an approximate date of shipping.  

Do you have a lay away plan?
-Unfortunately at this time we do not offer this service online, but we are able to provide lay away plans in our stores.  For any questions please call us and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I ship to different addresses?
-Yes, we are able to ship to different locations upon request.  Simply choose the appropriate action label "New shipping address" to send your package to a location other than your billing address. 

How can I find what I am looking for?
-We are always update and input new products nearly everyday, so do not be discouraged if you cannot find what you're looking for.  Keep checking bak everyday for more and more updates.  Or for quicker assistance, contact us and we will help you find exactly what you have in mind.  If it meant custom made, we'll customized one specifically upon your request with considerably low price to fit your budget. 

Can I save my information online?
-Though some sites may save personal information online, we keep your information safe by recording it in a separate database.  This methods ensures further difficulty for others to trace information.

Can I place a phone order?

Can I schedule a store pick-up?
-Yes, it is possible to schedule a store pick-up.  Please call to discuss the desired items and schedule an appointment for pick-up.  We are located in Los Angeles and Fullerton, both located in souther California. 

How do I cancel my order?
-Your order can only be cancelled by contacting us and speaking directly to one of our representatives.  You must call within the first 48 hours of submitting the order or the order will be shipped. 

How do I know which size to select?
-In order to have your ring sized properly, we have provided for you a ring sizing chart.  Simply print the chart, cut out the holes and place your finger through the holes to see which one fits.  If you find yourself between sizes, you probably need a half size either way.  We can provide half sizes but be aware that a wider band requires a slightly looser fit.  For the best possible fit, we recommend being professionally fitted by any jeweler.

Do you charge tax?
-The price shown is the price you will pay.  The only addition will be shipping and handling on the promotional items and all the fire sale items.

Can you make custom jewelry?
-Our specialty is custom jewelry.  At North-South Jewelry, We are the manufacturers of each and every piece we sell.  Therefore we are willing, and more than able to design and create custom jewelry upon request.  If you have a picture of something you would like, or even a thought you would like us to create, we are pleased to discuss and render a design for your approval.  Pieces will vary according to the gold weight, and quality and quantity of stones used.  Once a deisgn has been agreed upon, we will discuss price with all the above criteria in mind.  

Why are your prices so low?
-At North-South Jewelry, We are able to maintain low prices because we source most of our stones directly, and we do all our own gold work.  We are able to beat the competition because most of what they sell, is produced by others and therefore there is another level built into the price.  Also, since we have a large manufacturing wing in Los Angeles, as well as a successful store in Orange County, the quantity we manufacture and sell brings the price down considerably.

Through the wholesale process, we are able to leave out the middle man and sell our jewelry directly from our manufacturer (located in downtown L.A.) to the consumer at a considerably lower cost than retail stores most vendors.  And not only can we sell at a lower cost, but we can incorporate higher quality as well as specialize and customize jewelry.

Will my personal financial information be safe?
-At North-South Jewelry, we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. Your information will never be shared or sold.  Any personal information such as address, email, and credit card number, will be protected within our company for your safety.
