At North-South Jewelry, we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity.  Protecting your personal information is our priority.  We do every possible way in our power to protect our customers. Your information will transferred to your credit card company, if applicable, to complete the process of purchase confirmation.  Your information will never be distribute, shared or sold to any mailing-list firms.

Payment :
We accept all major credit cards: Visa/Master card, American Express, Discover, or cashier's check, personal or corporate check will takes 8 business days to clear.

Products and Prices :
Prices displayed are the prices you pay.  But from time to time data and pricing may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to human errors and/or technical and system errors.  We apologize  in advance for these errors and want to make it perfectly clear that we reserve the right to correct any errors as they occur.  If the data and price are incorrect, we will not honor these inaccurate or erroneous prices.  Prices may also change unexpectedly.  Again we apologize to you before time and are sorry for any inconvenience it may bring you. 

If any further problems occur because of items going out of stock or orders being delayed, we will do everything we can to come in contact with you to notify you of the problem at hand.  We will try our best to help assist you in receiving your desired jewelry.

At North-South, we may request your personal information, including your full name, credit card number and expiration date, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, home phone number, and work number. Below is a list of different use for your information:

Return Policy :
At North-South Jewelry, we maintain a consumer friendly" money back guarantee.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the tags in place and no visible damage, within the 30 day return period. 

If an item is received in the wrong size, or not the quality desired, the return should be made as soon as possible, with the packing slip as well as the tags in place.

We ask that you notify us of your intention to return any item and that you ship the merchandise back to our office, insured for the full purchase price. North-South Jewelry Co. cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Any jewelry that has been sized, set, unset or otherwise modified, worn or shows signs of wear once they have been received is non-returnable.

In the event that these simple steps are not met, we then reserve the right to deny a refund.

Obviously, things which are customized or engraved, in a personal nature can not be returned unless there is a mistake made by our craftsmen.

Not all products are depicted exactly as they are in person.  Different factors can play a role in distorting the actual color or image of the picture.  Factors such as the computer monitor, camera, or even the individual people.  We try our best to accurately display the product as close as possible as it is, but we do not control these factors and do not claim to.  We do not take responsibility for any products that may have been changed by these factors.  We are sorry for any inconviences this may cause you.
