How can I subscribe to our Newsletter?

Without you, our loyal clients, we would not have been in business for over thirty years! Subscribing for our newsletter will net you exclusive deals only for our loyal customers! You can sign up for our newsletter through the website.  Just enter your email address in the newsletter sign up and click the button.  And done!  A confirmation letter will be sent to your email shortly. 

 

How can I view the latest products?

Rejoice!  We regularly update our website with the latest products and styles that our jewelers design!  Once listed, these jewelry will be under the New Arrivals

 

How can I search a product?

Our products will already be organized by either the stone or the style, but we know some clients prefer to get down to the specifics! There will be a ‘SEARCH’ bar on the top of the page.  Simply click on the bar and type in the specific stone or style you would like to see and click ‘Submit’.  All the products that meet these specifications will be displayed to you on the search results page.

 

How can I contact you?

We will be more than happy to answer any questions or inquiries that you have.  You may click ‘MENU’ located on the top left of the website, and click on ‘CONTACT US’.  The Contact Us page will appear.  A simple form will be provided for you to send us your questions or comments.  Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email address, and a subject along with your message and click ‘Submit’.  Your message will be emailed to us and you will also receive a confirmation email. You will receive a reply within 1-2 business days.  The Contact Us page also displays our Storefront address, Store hours, Mail address, and Phone numbers for further communication.

 

Ordering and Shipping Questions

 

Is it safe to order from NorthandSouthJewelry.com?

Yes! It is safe to order on NorthandSouthJewelry.com.  We use industry-standard encryption technology to ensure client data and privacy are kept private when it is sent to this site.  The ‘Lock’ to the left of your address bar shows that our website is secure.

 

Does NorthandSouthJewelry offer resizing?

If the ring you ordered does not fit, and requires resizing, we offer a one time free of charge resizing.  Head to our ‘Contact Us’ page and leave a request.  If you live near Fullerton,CA you may also visit our storefront for resizing or repairs.

 

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes!  You will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message at checkout.  The message will be enclosed in a white envelope, and will arrive with your gift package.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

NorthandSouthJewelry is currently registered to collect sales tax in every state in the U.S that imposes sales tax.  Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on shipping destination. 

 

Is it safe to mail jewelry?

Yes, all shipments are done by trusted carriers such as FedEx or USPS.  All of our shipments are fully insured by NorthandSouthJewelry.

 

Is shipping free?

All orders above $30 will receive complimentary shipping to U.S domestic locations.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to serve clients from all over the world.  Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination.  Please feel free to contact us for more information on international shipping.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

We value perfection at first sight.  In order to prevent any unnecessary delays and returns on your purchase, our jewelers located in Los Angeles, California will craft a completely new ring to match your needs and specification.  If we do not have your size, please allow 3-7 business days for our jewelers to craft your jewelry and process your order.

 

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order.  To check on the status of your shipment, enter your shipping number at the USPS website.
